Xymigos is the second Arkn created in Universe A. He has a smoky form that many find frightening.
History[]
Background[]
Xymigos was created by Crev'ial at the behest of Gar'sha as a result of Dekncraath and Gilgamesh fighting due to Tum'to's influence. Gar'sha taught Crev'ial how to create a being like Gilgamesh and hoped that whatever it made, this new creation would bring peace between the warring creatures. However, Xymigos came out as a smokey abomination. His form instantly disgusted Dekncraath and he tried to kill him. Gilgamesh, however, stepped in and saved him, thus creating an instant bond between the two of them.
Leg’leg didn't like this however, so it convinced Gilgamesh to take over the Tree of Riviera with him. Gilgamesh and Xymigos then fought Dekncraath, soon overpowering him with the advantage of having greater numbers. Then The Harbinger was created, and he joined forces with Dekncraath against Gilgamesh and Xymigos, shifting the fight once more and giving Dekncraath the edge he desperately needed. During the battle, Gilgamesh awakened and used his Hethian power, “Brimstone”, which completely annihilated the Tree. But though the Tree was gone, the four were still warring with each other. This soon ended however, when Gar’sha created Raziel, who was successful in stopping them all fight with his influence.
The Second Conflict[]
De'ebo was displeased by this turn of events. So, it decided to try and split Dekncraath into two halves to start the war once again. First, it tested this on idea Raziel, splitting him successfully into two separate beings, forming Azazel, before trying it again on Dekncraath, resulting in Del'phar. When Del’phar and Dekncraath began fighting, Xymigos (along with Gilgamesh and Raziel) took Del'phar's side, and together they called themselves the Arkn to stand against the self-proclaimed Dekn of Dekncraath, The Harbinger, and Azazel. They were then forced into a realm called the Aetherium, created by Gar'sha not long before, which became their new home and was soon populated by other Arkn like them, minus the Hethian Blood.
Finding His Calling[]
After guiding the other mortal Arkn to settle this new land of Aetherium and the first city of Elysia, the four Arkn debated amongst themselves who was going to lead them. In the end, they all agreed that Gilgamesh was more suited to the job and was dubbed as King of Elysia and the Arkn overall. Several decades of development and prosperity would follow and the two cities of Paradesium and Ridderon were soon established. Xymigos, in that time, found himself having a major identity crisis. While his three friends had accepted and appreciated him in his unique form, the rest of the Arkn population were not so keen of his presence. They began to grow fearful of him, shunning him despite the work he had done to help their civilization grow. He had grown used to the stares, the insults and more, but he knew he wouldn't be able to last forever. One night, he found himself on the outskirts of Elysia to get away from the eyes of the people and found himself staring up into the night sky. The stars and constellations above and beyond the horizon began to pique his interest. Pretty soon, he was wondering what could be learned from said stars and constellations and then, he had a desire to find out for himself.
